Mini Telescope & Box

This mini telescope is a great way to remind yourself to look ahead. The Mini Telescope & Box is handcrafted in Moradabad, India by artisans working with Noah's Ark. The cost of metals has skyrocketed in recent years, which has had a devastating effect on the local economy and on the lives of metal workers in Moradabad. Noah's Ark has worked hard to train artisans in using alternative metals and materials.

About Ten Thousand Villages:

The name Ten Thousand Villages — was inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s quote. Because in every village are people who want to live a meaningful life with dignity and who bring beautiful culture worth sharing. Multiply the village idea by ten thousand and it represents the world we’re working to build.
